It not bad is just confuse at first how to put it on with the extra pocket you have put your legs into the extra pocket from downward first then put it on as a vest 😉 . Thanks for the fast shipping it fits well

I use it to work out and it’s really nice. It makes you sweat which helps me when i work out. For the size range i would just go off the shirts. You usually wear like i’m a small so i got a small, it’s kind of a tight fit, but it’s supposed to be like that. I’m pretty sure.
